旅は自分の原点にかえるもの：メルボルン滞在記

実に2年ぶりに！！長期休暇（といっても1週間）が取れることになった旦那さん由和の予定にあわせて、旅にいってきたました！

行き先は、2010年世界で最も暮らしやすい街の第3位にランクインしたオーストラリアのメルボルン！（Global Liveability Report 調べによる）。メルボルンを選んだ理由は、後ほど詳しく。


市内を流れるヤラ川

大学のウィンドサーフィン部時代の後輩ハルが奥さんのかおりちゃんと椋晴くん（2歳）を連れ、今夏からメルボルン大学へMBA留学をしているので、持ち前のチャッカビリティーを存分に発揮し、数日間お世話になってきました。日本からたっぷりとお土産をもって。

3人が住むのは市内中心部の高層タワーマンション45階！！街が全方位的に見渡せ、日の出から日没までおてんと様の動きがわかる。眺めは最高ですが、足がすくむ高さです。

季節は日本と逆で夏の終わり。朝晩は冷え込むが、日中の気温は25度を超え、日差しはジリジリと照りつけるようにアツイ！雪降るさむーい日本を脱出できてバンザイ！
